Well friends, we are thoroughly enjoying the work we have been up to for well over a year now. Our opportunities to cultivate spiritual direction services in Maine, offer retreats, and facilitate groups continue to grow. We look forward to organizing our twice yearly gatherings with top-notch speakers and maintain conversation with you through our newsletter and e-newsletter, Sustenance. It has been our pleasure to make referrals and share your programs, services, and event information with others. Thank you for your enthusiastic response toward our efforts!
In order to continue the work we’ve started, Movable Feast is becoming a membership organization. We hope you will consider joining this organization in order to support the work we’ve started. Below is a listing of member benefits:
- Free listing in our Maine Directory of Spiritual Directors with Additional Listings for Pastoral Counselors and Therapists and Others Who Nurture the Spirit. Since we began this work, we have had many, many requests for referrals. This membership directory will be updated and published yearly and distributed throughout the State of Maine to congregations, retreat centers, hospital chaplain directors, parochial school administrators, and college & university departments of religion. Our first publication will be January 2009. For a small fee above and beyond your membership fee, you may request a larger listing in this directory.
- Reduced fees to Movable Feast programs and events.
- Discount advertising rates in Sustenance, our newsletter mailed twice yearly. Our mailing list is currently at 380 and constantly growing!
- We will share information about your program, services, or event on an as-needed basis via our e-contact list for a reduced fee. Our e-mail list is currently at 140 and constantly growing!
